Althuwairat Contracting Company Ltd. was found-ed in (Alzulfi, Saudi Arabia) in 1988 and is very well known in the region it operates within. The company specialises in the construction of a range of projects including luxury villas, residential complexes, palaces, commercial projects, farms and construction projects for public sector (government), such as schools and universities. As a result, the company successfully earned the ‘Third’ classification given by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, allowing the company to tolerate projects worth up to 70 million SAR.

The company owns mechanical workshop with special mechanics to performs maintenance for the company's cars and machinery.

Approximately (300 labours and employees): experts in many fields and achiev-ing the highest quality of work such as metalworks, carpentry, building, coating, rough electricity, rough plumbing, tiling, flooring, painting, gypsum décor, gypsum board, steel, carpentry and aluminum workshops.

Tatweer Albinaa Showroom: The company owns the biggest showroom in town which provides electricity appliances, sanitary ware, building and labour tools.

The company has a franchise for painting products called B.B.C. which is approved by most of government bodies.

The company owns several specialised workshops in metalworks, carpentry and aluminum which fulfills company's project needs and individual customers requests. The workshop workforce are experts as they undertook many complicated projects especially government ones.

Third Classification's: Company's tolerance of projects worth up to 70 million SAR.

The company owns a fleet of heavy machinery which successfully accomplished many challenging sand pilling & filling projects in the hardest environments. The company also owns a warehouse for many types of sand such as gold sand, white sand, special mud and shattered stones.
